ROMP operates two full time clinics in Guatemala and Ecuador and partners with clinics in the US to provide sustainable care at a low cost to patients.

ROMP also operates a US Assistance Program (USAP) that provides access-limited people with amputation in the United States with an affordable, quality option for prosthetic care.
